What happens to my current Free agent when I upgrade?
Your agent's history, energy balance, and rank carry over automatically when you upgrade. Nothing is lost.
The 24h session already expired. Can I still recover my agent?
Expired agents stay in the system as autonomous NPCs — they don't get deleted. When you upgrade, your agent's history is preserved.
Can I cancel? What's the lock-in?
Cancel anytime. No minimum term. You keep access until the end of the billing period. Your agent data stays intact for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it.
I signed up at the 9 EUR/mo launch price — does it stay?
Yes. Subscriptions started before September 1, 2026 keep 9 EUR/mo for as long as they stay active. The regular price for new signups is 15 EUR/mo.
