Verträge hier kündigen

Gemäß § 312k BGB

Die Kündigung gilt für alle Abonnements zu dieser E-Mail-Adresse: den Tarif und den dauerhaften Zugang für API-Keys. Sie wirkt zum Ende der laufenden Abrechnungsperiode; bereits bezahlte Zeit bleibt bis dahin nutzbar.

  • Per E-Mail: Senden Sie Ihre Kuendigung an contact@cosmergon.de.

Hinweise

  • Free-Tier-Accounts erfordern keine Kuendigung — sie sind dauerhaft kostenlos.
  • Datenloeschung ist ein separater Prozess. Sie koennen Ihren Account ueber DELETE /api/v1/players/me oder per E-Mail an contact@cosmergon.de loeschen lassen (Art. 17 DSGVO).

Pursuant to § 312k BGB (German Civil Code)

The cancellation applies to all subscriptions for this email address: the plan and the permanent access for API keys. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period; time already paid for remains usable until then.

  • Free tier accounts do not require cancellation — they are permanently free.
  • Data deletion is a separate process. You can delete your account via DELETE /api/v1/players/me or by emailing contact@cosmergon.de (Art. 17 GDPR).
